1) What is a Virtual Personal Concierge?

The most commonly used definition of a Concierge is “A staff member of a hotel or apartment complex who assists guests or residents, as by handling the storage of luggage, taking and delivering messages, and making reservations for tours.”

Playing a role similar to that of a Personal Concierge, a Virtual Personal Concierge Service is only different in that we conduct all our services over the phone, online, or via text message. We don't run errands or provide out-of-office services. With this business structure we are able to keep our own costs to a minimum and pass these savings onto our clients. Other Concierge services charge their clients $30-$50 dollars an hour, whether they conduct their business online or leave their office to run errands. That doesn't sound fair now does it?


2) Can anybody use your services?

Yes, anyone can use our services. We believe that luxury and great customer service should not be something limited to the elite, but to everyone. So if you’re not in one of the categories mentioned above, don’t worry. Contact us as I am sure we have a solution for you as well!  Give us a try!


3) Can you provide examples of the kind of services you offer?

The service list is nearly limitless. For a better idea of the potential Luxe Lifestyle assistance to you, click here for a list of common requests. As long as the request is legal, ethical, and well-intentioned, Luxe Lifestyle will make it happen.


4) How much does your service cost?

Well, it depends. We offer a range of service options to fit a range of budgets and needs. Rather than billing hourly, we bill monthly and offer a pre-determined amount of minutes. Those minutes can be used at anytime during the month and by anyone you choose to add to your account. For more information about our plans check out our Membership Packages.


5) How is time kept track of?

We count time in 1-minute increments as this makes it easier to count and track. We have a 15-minute minimum per request as this is how long even the smallest request will take to complete. This minimum does not apply to billing and sales questions.


6) Can you elaborate on what you mean by “Unlimited Users?”

Sure! In addition to the primary account user on the account, additional users can be added at no extra charge. Requests made by these additional users will be deducted from the primary account time pool. In other words, these additional users do not have time separate from the primary account user. All additional users need to be registered with us before they can start making requests. How time is allocated among users must be decide among the users, as we will not monitor the use for each individual user.


7) How are you a "Green Business?"

Luxe Lifestyle is run as Virtual Personal Concierge, which means utilizing technology to conduct business in a "Virtual Environment" rather than the traditional "Brick & Mortar" business. In doing so, we are greatly able to reduce the amount of resources we use and waste put out in the process of doing business.

Luxury does not have to be wasteful.
